Meet the founder
Michelle.
Founder of Emovere and a globally recognised Breathwork Facilitator. A qualified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counsellor, and Reiki Master — with a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom and capacity to heal.
Her path into breathwork was shaped through lived experience. Today she shares this work with integrity and depth, creating safe spaces where others are supported to reconnect, regulate, and remember who they are.
