What is conscious breathwork?

A short, grounded introduction to the practice — what it is, what it isn't, and what it can do for your nervous system.

Conscious connected breathwork is a simple, active breathing practice that uses the breath as a direct pathway into the nervous system.

A nervous-system practice, first

Most of us live in some version of sympathetic activation — alert, busy, slightly braced. Conscious breathwork is one of the most direct ways to down-shift the body into rest, repair, and integration.

What happens in a session

You'll lie down, set an intention, and be guided through a paced breathing pattern with music. Sensations come and go. Emotions rise and pass. The facilitator stays with you the whole time.

Who it's for

Most people. If you live in a body that has held stress, grief or change — this practice was designed for you.
